Scam Description
Scammer emailed a Request for Quote for exactly what we do. Asked that we include shipping TX to NJ from DropBox Shipping (also a scam company). Made a deposit via credit card so shipping was paid for. A day after the credit card payment was reversed. Scammer asked for ACH details to send payment, sent a receipt for the ACH transfer, but it was never made. We closed our account and filed a complaint with the bank’s Fraud Dept to try to recoup the money sent to the shipper. We also filed a report with the FTC.
