Scam Description
I am currently still in dispute with SYNCHRONY BANK over the credit card charge I cannot get resolved. They are terrible to deal with.
They do not believe this is a scam and it absolutely is. I’m ready to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
This was originally a FB purchase, supposed to be a Balsam Hill tree but was billed as ‘Create Shop’ Denver CO. Surplus trees-get yours now! approach.
You couldn’t reach anyone with the link provided in an email and after 2 weeks, I reported it as a scam to Synchrony and asked for a new credit card. I got the new credit card, but they put it back on my current account and I can’t get this resolved no matter how I try.
Don’t anyone else fall for this please!
