Scam Description
I was contacted by Certify Student services ,They Advised that they would help cancel my student loan , When I asked why there was a fee , they said it was for the Paperwork that needs to Be submitted. When I further looked into this Business and found out That I did Not Need to pay to submit my application for the student relief fund They Advised they can not Refund my money due to the Payment already being submitted and that they would cancel all future Payments, The next month they took the payment out again and stated again that they would close my account and be refunded in three Business days . I advised the person that is exactly what i was told the last time I called . Still have yet to get a refund
