Scam Description
I keep getting phone calls from The Hardship Department. I don’t answer the calls. They leave voice mail messages .They want to keep my case open. My status is still pending. Last week they said $30,000. His name was Anthony. Another man called also. He gave me a phone number to call him back. 562-554-2194. I did not call back. When I looked in my phone he called from a different number 602-783-1234. They did not ask for money or personal information. I never spoke with them. I never applied for a hardship loan. I know this is a scam. I wanted to report the calls.
