Scam Description
VENTURE 2 COMMUN SOLAR – (aka Power Market Unica) contacts you by phone and says they have a solar power farm. They will contact the electric utility (XCEL for us) to apply a $117 credit to my bill, but I need to pay $96 to Venture 2 Community Solar – also known as Power Market Unica). I never saw the $117 credit to my electric bill, but VENTURE 2 COMMUN SOLAR charged my bank account $96.
