Scam Description
I purchased 5 tops from Valanio. None fit – too small. I emailed the company, as instructed on the website, to arrange for authorization for returns. First they offered me $32.00 and told me to keep the merchandise. I declined. Second, they offered me $64.00 and still keep the merchandise. I again declined. Next they gave me a “final” offer of an $80.00 and keep the merchandise. I now tell them they are out of line, I want my full refund. They claim the clothes are made in the US and UK, but then say they have to be shipped back to Dubai. They also claim “Easy returns” and refunds.
