Scam Description
This vendor is the top Google result for buying a train ticket in Norway, and nothing on the website suggests that they are not the official vendor for Vy travel. They mark the ticket up from the actual price by almost 3x. Their “refundable” fare includes a hidden 20% or more “fee”, and for one trip they only offered a single fare option which they say cannot be canceled. I have contacted them about cancelling the charge for this trip, but to do it through their process I have to agree to their terms and conditions which include the “fee”. They have been unresponsive with questions about the seating selection, and I have found many reports online of travelers being stranded without tickets by them and otherwise defrauded. They have no contact method other than opening a support ticket.
