Scam Description
I purchased some clothing from the company. When it came time to returning them, it was a nightmare. At the time, the only way to get a hold of the company was via e-mail. It took over two weeks for them to answer my e-mail. Once they answered me, Claire offered me 30% and keep the merchandise. I said NO. She then offered me 50% and keep the merchandise. I said NO. The website says nothing about partial refunds. We went back and forth. Then finally she sent me the address that I put on this form. The phone number has no voicemail. She asked me to send pictures of the bathing suit crotch to make sure the stickers were on. I did that. My package was delivered on July 3. I have not heard from them at all. I sent two emails to them since then and NOTHING. I do not want someone else to be scammed like me.
