Scam Description
I booked a flight on 9/28/22 with this travelfro for 2 passengers for $212.00 roundtrip, gave my name and credit card info, and after I received an email saying that I wouldn’t receive my E-tickets until after 4 hours, which this is very unusual, this should be immediately done. I never received the confirmation for the flight nor the tickets, but I did receive a call saying that there was a problem with the itinerary and that I would have to pay an additional $256.00 more. They claimed that the airline had made an update, that they weren’t aware of.
I told them that it was an error on their part, and that I shouldn’t be penalized for it, nonetheless my tickets were cancelled without my consent. They now have my credit card information and name.
