Scam Description
Posed as an HP Printer Support Technician; Popped up on the HP site; asked for my phone number; started helping me with printer when he told me I had two charges on my Paypal that were not mine. I told him HE made those charges because it had nothing to do with fixing my printer. He hacked my phone. After I confronted him, he hung up. He had hacked my phone. I called Paypal immediately. So far these have not been resolved. He called me two days later and had forgotten it was the same person he scammed before because he tried again. He has a middle Eastern accent. I provided the phone number and the charges went to the company I listed.
