I got a postcard in the mail that had no identifiers as to whom the sender was. It read as followed:
Dear (my actual first name), our records indicate you have gift card vouchers pending.
We are holding gift card vouchers worth $500.00 in saving for you good at walmart, target and more – in your name!
Please call us at 1-877-515-7057 to claim you gift card vouchers as soon as possible.
Please call 1-877-515-7057 now for tems and to claim you gift card vouchers!

On the top right corner of the post card there was some numbers that look like a serial number possibly.
