Scam Description
He was a lottery winner in New Jersey and claimed to be giving away money to the first 5000 followers so I thought I would give it a go. He kept saying to pay a fee to enter and authenticate but he said it so many times I stopped trying. He also tried to tell me if I paid more money he’d refund me. “Last time” “I promise” “if you… I will…” “within ten minutes…”
