Scam Description
I keep receiving calls from Mr. Anderson with Lottery Sweepstakes. He has called two or three times. I had to take the phone off the hook. He gave phone number 217-931-8956. My caller ID shows phone number 876-533-4368 JM Kingston. He states I won $3 Million. He wanted me to pay $100 with a Visa card. He would have to come to my home and take pictures. I did not send any money. I should not have to pay money to win a prize.
