Scam Description
This website claims to help with math answers, which they did. In doing so when I only signed up for a $0.99 cent 3-day trial, and only purchased 2 bundles of 15 coins at a cost less than $3.00. They continued to charge my card stating I requested VIP access and that the coins cost was $39.99. If it was that price, I would not have paid, and, why would I pay for a VIP access when I paid just for the 3-day trial. Before 24 hours were even up, I requested the account cancelled and a full refund. I disputed the charges on my card, and they came back and said they have proof I authorized which I did not, and they said I have a receipt and I only got one email that said thanks and that was for the $0.99 cent trial and there is no place on their website to even see your account or anything. They’re a fraudulent company and make up fake documents when you dispute. I did not authorize anything but what I stated and for what amount. The cost for 30 coins – 15 each paid is $2.67 each. So where does the $39.00 for the 15 coins each they claim I bought come from…. Plus, the $3.99 they claim I authorized for VIP status. There’s no account to show anything. There is no receipts, no emails, no anything!! Just them who keeps charging my card and I am trying to dispute as I did not authorize this. I have other screenshots of the charges and the email between myself and support about the money they charged. It is online only, and there is not information on where located, no phone number.
