Scam Description
I scheduled an appointment via Instagram with whom I thought to be a licensed service provider. She required an initial down payment not paid through an official site, but rather through a service such as app cash. She required the rest to be paid in cash specifically. The day comes for my appointment and I’m left sitting outside waiting for the stylist to arrive however, I was met with a vague message saying we’d need to reschedule. I needed the service so I agreed to come back an hour and 30 minutes later. Only to be locked out again and another message pushing the time back again. I refused since I no longer had the time to receive the service. This “business” should be investigated because I do not believe the proper steps were taken to legal provide hair services for customers.
