This company steals money from customers and says it’s because of damage charges cc fees to customers who pay in cash refuses the minimum military discount of 10% refuses to call back customers for any damaged property charges customers without there knowledge owner takes the money and pockets it instead of repairing the vessels and or docks send people out on dangerous vessels and forces their employees to do it the employees feel extremely uncomfortable doing anything the owner asks to do the owners name is Joan and lee Herbert the dock do t follow safety guidelines or the vessel passing any type of inspection treats employees like they are babies that know nothing forces us to work in the heat with bearly or not all a break but takes it out of our paychecks
