Scam Description
Virus pop up on husbands laptop scammer posing as geek squad scanned computer. Then proceeded to order gift cards from my Amazon acct to pay for rental of some firewall. All the time was done from a website which mirrored Best Buy geek squad screen. Found gift card purchases in my Amazon e mail. Cancelled everything I could. Did have computer checked and scanned for malware. They found some software called any or something. They deleted software. Banks were called and I changed password on Amazon and removed credit cards from there
