Scam Description
On 10.7.2022, I received an e-mail from Don Ashley, with above e-mail address, subject line: Your request to purchase B.T.C. using PayPal Account is successful
I called 1.619.928.5213 from signature line showing David, Finance Team.
The person I spoke with claimed his name was: Roger Fernando. He didn’t sound Spanish but possibly Pakistani or Indian. E-mail shows updated balance: $768.95, Transaction ID: ************. He said where can he send this money. I told him I don’t have a PenPal account. He said did a family or friend open one up, w/o your knowledge. I told him no. That I had an account since 2019. I told him to cancel account that I didn’t open up in 2019 or recently. He told me I was denying everything that he had an account with them. I told him I was going to call the BBB.
