I’d like to report a scam puppy adoption website. The link is https://prayers24hrs.org/ght/adopt-or-purchase-a-maltese-puppy-today/ I was looking for maltese breeders online when I found this site. I hit the contact button and left a message. I heard back by email in 24 hours. The email came from lindasostre569@gmail.com. The lady gave some fishy explanation that her son died and had all these 12 week old maltese puppies and she’d give me one for $400, chipped, registered, shots, health checks. Too good to be true. I was so excited at the time, I responded with information about myself, but no financial. Just a little about me so she knew the puppy would have a good home. I googled her today and found warnings on several websites. She said she’s in Edmund Oklahoma, name Linda Sostre. All fake, I’m sure. I’m in upstate NY. Please shut her down before some old lady parts with her social security money for a companion and gets her heart broken! Thank you, Carolyn Russell

I can imagine what you are wondering right now **Flying a Puppy: Is it safe? This question is often asked. We certainly wouldn’t consider it if it wasn’t. I personally asked this question to the agent of the shipping agency on my first attempt to ship a puppy. It is very safe, reliable, fast, and uses approved Airlines that have pet-safe programs that follow USDA guidelines. So you do not have to worry as your puppy will arrive safely. Your puppy will have the same breathing space as the pilot & someone will be there to cater to the puppy during the journey.
Our puppies have always arrived safe and sound to their destinations and studies have proven that it is preferable to fly a puppy on a 2-4 hours flight than driving for 6 hours or more***.
Total cost plus shipping shall be around $400
The shipping process normally takes a couple of hours to complete, though sometimes it could take a little longer. However, the whole process hardly exceeds one day. Your puppy will come with basic needs like blankets, food dishes, puppy crate, papers, health certificate, so you will be advised to get the following grooming tools within a month or two from now: Shampoo, Conditioner, Pin Brush, Nail Clippers, Ear/Pad Trimmer, Ear Lotion, and Scissors.
About food, I feed all my puppies Purina Puppy Chow for the first year at which time I switch to Purina Little Bits. I choose to feed Purina because it is relatively inexpensive and is readily available across the United States at most department or Grocery stores. There are many opinions on which dog food to use. This is a decision only you can make, but keep in mind Purina has been making dog food for over 50 years and they do extensive research on nutrition and protein. Other dog foods may cost more but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are better.
