Company advertises that they have a 30 day back guarantee. But in Fine print….We are sad to hear that you want to return the package We will attach our return policy link below so you are able to check our policy. You will see that we do not accept returns for refunds or exchange if a customer changes their mind. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window because of the standard shipping reason. We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their orders. We only offer a refund for lost and damaged/broken items upon arrival. Returns are only acceptable if it is sent back to us unopened and in brand new condition. We also charge a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the refund. As we stated, do not send your return package to the manufacturer and the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
