Scam Description
I made an online purchase and when the product arrived it contained an item I did not order. Then on Feb 6, 2024 I received a phone call from the fraud department of my credit card company regarding a suspicious charge. Keto Drops attempted to charge me $240. My credit card company denied the charge.
I called Keto Drops to find out about this charge to make sure I was not on some subscription plan I did not enroll in. The person said I was not, but I think that it was deleted when my credit card company denied the charge. I wanted an address to return the unwanted items but was told I could not since it was more than 30 days from order date of 12/31/2023. This was an additional $60 dollars of product not ordered.
