Scam Description
Received a voicemail two days in a row from an Eric Sterling, stating they were from document processing and calling about a summons that was scheduled to be delivered by a process server to either my phone or place of employment. They went on to say that if no contact is established that this will be escalated and classified as a failure to be served. Then they state that all questions or concerns must be addressed with this issuing office and they can be contacted at (877) 693-1480.
