Scam Description
I ordered two drinking glasses on June 8. The money was immediately deducted from my account. When I hadn’t heard anything from the company, I contacted them at the end of June. I was told one glass was backordered, the other would be sent out to me mid-July. By the end of August, I hadn’t received the glass that was supposedly sent to me. I have called and emailed the company several times asking them to refund my money. I have not heard back from the company at all. Apparently, the BBB isn’t doing much to help me and others that have been scammed.
