Scam Description
The company portrays itself as a orthotic sandal supplier. I ordered 3 pairs of their sandals and received very cheaply made product. The company does not let you know it is in China until after to try to return the product. That is why I was able to provide the email address and physical address. There is not a phone number to call for this company. They did respond to my email however they offered a $15 concession refund as opposed to a full refund due to the amount of money it would cost to ship the product back to China ($50-$80). This is a very poor company and the quality of the product was made out of dangerously made plastic. It was not even good enough to use a few times. The plastic sole is so unstable a person would slip and fall regardless if the soles were scuffed up. Do not order from this company. The images on the website are NOT what I received! I got scammed. Remember, if sounds too good to be true, it is!
