Scam Description
I ordered two bean bag chairs from this “company,” as advertised on Facebook. It looked legit, and I put in my credit card information and got an order number, confirmation email, and everything. But months have gone by and the bean bags never arrived. I emailed support@mybulkybean.com to inquire and was told that there was a delay. They apologized and offered to send me a free bean bag in addition to the ones I already ordered, as consolation. I attempted to respond to the email that I agree, but then got a message that the recipient was not accepting my bid to connect! That never happened before to me on email. I guess they are blocking my emails when I’ve been nothing but patient and nice. I did some research and saw that others have been scammed by this company too. STAY AWAY FROM MYBULKYBEAN. IT IS A SCAM! Now I might have to change my credit card so that this scammer doesn’t steal more money!
