Scam Description
This company sells pet food and makes it impossible to return it. If you have any issues or complaints that you address with the company, they deny returns. It’s all designed to make people keep their products. The website claims to give 100% satisfaction guaranteed, then gives a huge novel which is confusing by design, points you to an email address that maybe will grant your return if you pay all types of costs. For myself, I had a concern to address with the company and was pretty unhappy about it. They weren’t just rude and dismissive, but kept throwing things at me like charges I would be responsible for and then to make sure I didn’t return all the food that made my cat sick they said they wouldn’t honor my returns because I said I’d make sure I told others how they operated as a company so no one else had to deal with this. They claim to have a 0.003% return rate on their website and that’s why – because they never honor them. There’s no way a functioning company with decent business never has upset customers or returns, so that’s a very big red flag to me. They’re just trying to keep peoples money.
