Scam Description

I ordered the earbuds and my credit card was charged $58.94 plus $10 lifetime warranty that same day. After not receiving anything, I E-mailed them from the original E-mail which had stated they received my order. They E-mailed back on the original E-mail thread )stating the order was received) telling me that there was no order in the system for me. After E-mailing back to them a few times, I received the product a few days later. They would not connect or work, so I E-mailed them the day after I received the product to get my money back. No one would reply other than the E-mail saying that they “would like to apologize for the delay in replying to your email. Due to the overwhelming response from our customers, we are experiencing a delay with our responses”. After several E-mails over four weeks, “someone” got back to us saying that we can return them, but since they have been used we won’t get our money back. They were never used. They never worked. Now, I wish I would have done more research as there seems to be a lot of complaints like the one that I have.
