Scam Description
This person sells items such as labels and has been one to not give receipts and take cash for payment. After he will say you did not pay and charge you more money for the item and not let you proceed in buying unless you give money that is “owed” when I paid in full. That’s why he does not give receipts to scam people of more money in cash so he doesn’t inform to taxes.
