Scam Description
Responded to an email offers a low priced flashlight. Bought the flashlight and headlamp. Got the products then I see charges on my credit card For $59.95 so I called and left message to be called back. They never called. I called again today and after 20 wait talked to someone who told me that by buying their product I automatically signed up for a monthly membership. I told them I didn’t sign up for that. She told me it was in the fine print. I told her to remove the charges and remove my ‘membership’. She told me she couldn’t. Then she said she could reduce it by 35%. Then once I received notice of cancellation, I noticed that they had just charged me yesterday again. So essentially this company ripped me off for $100. What a racquet, what a scam. These people should be in jail!!!!
