Scam Description
I ordered two items from toolget store and did not receive them. Instead I received an item that I didn’t order. I contacted toolget and they admitted that I had gotten someone else order. Now they refuse to ship to me the correct items but also refuse to refund my money, even though they list on their site ( a 100% gaurenteed money back refund if you are not 100% satisfied ). I’m wanting my money refunded to me and they refuse to honor their policies. Please,if you’re reading this; don’t order from toolget store.
