Scam Description

On January 11, 2023 I sent in a prescription and placed an order for glasses from Lensmart.com in the amount of $184.85. I waited the specified shipping time of the company and no product was received. I waited 7 days more because the company’s website read ” there is a 7 day shipping delay ” when that time was up, I emailed the company. They tell me that the items were destroyed some how and they needed to put in a new order. I waited another 12 days shipping time and no product. and no tracking links. I emailed again to follow up on the product and I am requesting a refund at this point. The company told me that they will need to take 10% from my purchase amount because they products were made. Which I feel is not true because I have not received the products. (3 pair of progressive lens prescribed glasses). I was asked to give them a chance,(2/13/23) and allow them to send out the product. I gave another chance… But still no product. I email again February 28,2023 and Asked for a refund again and the customer service asked ” are you sure you want a refund.” I now feel I am being scammed. I have no product and no refund. I would like to report this and somehow receive a refund. The company will not call to speak with me on the phone. They only responds through email.
