Scam Description
Offer if a guaranteed loan upon verification of personal information( $10.00 fee through PayPal. Couldn’t send email but was able to text the out going only number. Following day got a reply with a referral to a loan company PLACguarantee loan company. Looked into their business and got nothing. No accreditation or listings of any kind. Just vague reviews from prior clients. I believe it to be a scam and just am making the incident known. Because advanced fee guaranteed loans are illegal in the U. S. If I am not mistaken. But with several different numbers contacting me all just outgoing text messages no inbound calls. It seems very unlikely that this was a legitimate business.
