Scam Description
I received a message from the phone number provided above in response to an ad for a used vehicle for sale. The person contacting me reported being interested in purchasing the car I had listed for sale and requesting a specific vehicle history report from globalcarscan.com, while refusing to look at existing reports from CarFax and NMVTIS. After I paid for the report, the “very serious” “interested” buyer vanished.
