Scam Description
Tried to get a rental car from SAY YES AUTO, owner Putu refused to provide a proper rental vehicle as described. Used my deposit from my insurance company to purchase new tire for their rental car and refused to return my funds after complaint and evidence of dead roaches and cigarette butts left in car.
