Scam Description
Searched online for a florist in Klamath Falls OR, Where I do not live, to send flowers to my daughter there for her birthday. The man who answered took my Order,Contact information and of course credit card information and said the flowers would be delivered between 10 a.m. and 5 PM. My daughter did not receive flowers, And My husband received a call back from the company With apparent further questions. Since the situation seemed suspicious, and it was 3 hours later and she still had not received anything, I called the company to find out what was going on. They put me on hold. After 3 calls of being put on hold for more than 15 minutes each, when they could not locate my order and did not come back to the phone, I called to cancel my order. This company does not exist in Klamath Falls Oregon, and from what I can tell is not a nationwide company at all even though they do have a website. According to florist’s, This company is virtual and takes people’s credit card numbers for a high dollar amount but then calls a local florist and wants to pay $20 to send a small bouquet that is not anything like what they have advertised online. In my case they never called anyone to my knowledge and I’m hoping they do not charge my card for more money. Very strange
