Scam Description
I wanted to purchase a transmission shifter cable for a 1993 Honda Del Sol. Maria told me they had the part on a car there and it had to be pulled off the car and tested. Nov 5. On Nov 9 at 5:28pm I paid with a MC $310.00. A receipt was texted to me. I continued to call after a week or 3 or 4 days and I then spoke with Jerry. He would leave me waiting while he said he was checking. Dec 13, I called and was requesting a refund because I found the part and received the part from another company and i still wanted this part because it was almost 2 months for me to find it. But, the man told me that if i wanted a refund, Jerry handled that. After I hung up Jerry called me, he said he would process the refund, 3 days past, I called again. Jerry then said, that he told me that the refund would post to my account on Dec 20th. No, he didn’t, I would have remembered. The 20th came and no post for a refund. Now, no one is responding to any of the 4 numbers that they called me from. ************* ************************* ** ******* ************* I have reported this also to the bank fraud department.
