Scam Description

I placed two identical orders for earring on August 1. I received one pair three days later–shipped from the east coast. I still have not received the other pair. I have emailed multiple times asking why the second pair, according to the tracking information, was being shipped from China instead of from the east coast like the other pair of earrings. I keep getting form response emails from the company with the statement “We are working very hard…..” . Via email, I have requested a full refund from Cape Diablo, and filed a complaint with my bank to dispute the charge. I have received no email from Cape Diablo that addresses my refund request.
