Scam Description
Placed an order on their website through FB advertisement. Travel bag, BOGO for $29.95, free shipping. Charged my credit card immediately, order confirmation the next day said my order was on the way, tracking could take up to 3 days to appear. We have have much family illness, in and out of hospitals, the past few months. When I finally went back to them to let them know I never rec’d the items, their response was ‘they shipped’, but they were unable to track on USPS. When I searched the tracking, it was a Chinese company they was unable to show tracking. I emailed again & told them I wanted the items reshipped or a refund. They then stopped responding to me.
