Scam Description
Was approached via tiktok by a person who went by the name Lilly Yang to invest into cryptocurrency thru a website called coindeskmax.com. This person informed me that if i invested more money I’d make more. They said i could borrow money from a bank or loan institution and be able to pay that loan back in full in 1 month. That was in June of 2023 and I’ve been blocked by the coindeskmax.com site with claims of owing taxes the called it a International Tax Compliance Act. I was scared into believing if i didn’t pay $5,500 in taxes the IRS would seize all of my assests including anything not involved with their scam program. Then their now latest claim is i had abnormal risks of outside additional income to my account. And are demanding i pay $7400 more to free up my assests. And this has been going on since early August of 2023.
