Scam Description
****** ***** ***** was hired by myself to complete renovations on my rental property. I signed a contract and he asked for payment in full. I paid in full 160,000 and he ran with my money. He also sold me ” lots” to a new home build that he said he had and gave me a contract, drawings and it was all fake. Windsor police are involved and upwards of 600,000 so far he has scammed out of people. Several others including myself have lawsuits in progress.
I have a lot of contracts I am able to send to you if you would like, copies of the money orders and a list of other victims.
