Scam Description
My husband received a “Medicare Summary Notice” that he was to receive 2 separate shipments from Royce Medical Supply, LLC, of “150 intermittent urinary catheter; coude tip, with or with out coating (A4352-KX),” with Medicare paying $2562.00 & us being charged $512.40. These were ordered by Larry R. Anderson.
We did not order these & do not use these catheters.
We reported this fraud to Medicare.
I tried calling Royce Medical but their number is no longer in service.
