Scam Description
One of my emails have been targeted by this company under different names, claiming that I had signed up for some kind of anti-identity theft online to protect my computer from viruses and identity theft. They are trying to send me a false invoice for $378. They have an invoice number no other information that they’re giving me about my so-called account. When calling to speak to somebody to resolve the issue, I was called derogatory names, and I was told that they wouldn’t help me because my tone was angry. The number that I reached out to showed that it was in Hawaii but the address is not the same. I am completely shocked and appalled at how this so-called customer service has responded and I feel that this is a complete scam situation.
