I’d like to welcome you to HRS SHIPPING.
My name is Clint Major and I am one of the supervisors that will coach you.
I am the Supervisor specifically assigned to Incoming Packages – packages that will be delivered to you for inspection.
To guide you initially, below are the bullet type procedure for a better performance of the given job summary:
1- Log into your dashboard at least 3 times everyday, Mon- Fri.
2- Report the packages AS SOON as they arrive and post the pictures (latest within 3 hours from the delivery time)
*Photos to Upload :
Product/Item – The item inside of the package. You are allowed to open the carrier’s box but NOT the manufacturer’s box. Upload it to the Item photo section.
Invoice – The paper inside the package (Optional) ( You may keep/throw after taking picture). Upload to the packing list photo section. Take note; There are packages that don’t have an invoice, so instead, take a photo of the package details found outside your box.
3- Send out packages on the very SAME day that the outgoing shipping label is provided and ask for the receipt.
*Photo to Upload:
Receipt- The paper the shipping center gives you after you send out the package, Upload to the receipt photo section.
Once you have your login details on the dashboard, you may proceed to the HELP section for more detailed information. Lastly, your 1st package should be delivered within 2-3 days.

Hi,
Please make time to read all important notes as this is your guide on how to do your tasks.
KINDLY READ: Important Notes
* Attached here is the Manual. Kindly download the document. It will illustrate you every step you need to take to process packages properly. Please find time to review it.
* Changing of Address is prohibited for the first 30 days to confirm security of packages. You can request changing of address when you are no longer in Probationary Period.
* For future reference, this is how we deal with packages missing:
1. double check this pack with your family members, they might have received the pack
2. double check this pack around your house ( porch, outside the door, trash bins outside, mailbox)
3. double check this pack with your nearest neighbors. It happens sometimes that the delivery man brought the pack in your neighbor’s doorsteps. This happened before on one of our employees. If there is a need to mention the name of the customer of the pack, please do so.
4. if still not found, call carrier and report a claim on the missing pack so an investigation will be initiated.
* PLEASE do not open the Manufacturer’s box or Device box. You are allowed though to open just the brown carrier’s box.
* Steps on how to upload pictures correctly in your Dashboard:
1. Make sure ” Task Accepted” and ” Received” is clicked.
2. Click ” Photo” to upload picture of the product. Click ” Packing List” to upload invoice.
3. Go to Select Files.
4. Select the picture and click Open.
5. Wait till the loading bar turns 100%.
6. Reload the page and double check if the photo is still there.
Note: If you’re getting an error or if your photo doesn’t show in your dashboard, edit your photo so that picture size will be smaller. If possible, use mobile phone to take pictures as they come in small size.
Reload the page then and re upload the photo.
* Remove Invoice or Packing list from the package after taking pictures to avoid double taxation.
* If you receive a package not showing in the dashboard, please report it as an Unknown Package.
Refer to the following steps:
1) Go to Packages.
2) Click on REPORT UNKNOWN PACKAGE button
3) Enter all the information of the package.
4) Click Save.
* If you will be on leave, kindly follow 1 week notice. Provide us ahead your scheduled leave for approval.
* For resignation cases, please notify us in advance so we can process your clearance from the company and so we can stop sending packages to be inspected.

Hi,
Just to inform you that 80% of the packages will be delivered to your home and 20% will be picked up to a designated post office. Will let you know if the package is for pick up and is ready for pick up.
Why do we have packages for pick up?
Answer: These are packages that you need to pick up on some pick up locations near your area. (Our customers don’t want to jeopardize their packages. On the delivery trucks because first, they are valuable, and second, they are fragile.)
Do I need to pick up the package immediately?
Answer: YES! Once the package is available for pick up make sure to do it quickly to qualify for the bonus.
How much is the Bonus?
Answer: $100 will be given to every package for pick up.
The $100 did not reflect on my top up. What should I do?
Answer:
For VIP Bonuses and reimbursements it will not show on your dashboard 3 days prior to your pay day as the bonuses and reimbursements are being updated manually by our accounting department. But to know how much you have, you may send a request to the accounting department accounting@shipping-hrs.com and they will send you a total of how much you earn from VIP packages.
Do I need to pay for the package?
Answer: NO! The package is already paid.
What are the requirements for pick up?
Answer: Government issued ID, reference number and printed Authorization Letter
Once the package is ready for pick up, and if the package is not named under your name, I will send you the authorization letter via email. If the package is named under you, you may proceed to the pick up location which I will also provide.
HOW TO PROCESS PICK UP PACKAGES:
1)Go to the front desk and give your reference number, ready your ID and authorization letter
2)Once you already have the package make sure to inform your supervisor
3)proceed with the reporting on your dashboard. ( Post pics of the item and invoice)
