Scam Description
The scammers reached out about a job on indeed. They claimed to be offering medical customer service but the website is construction. When asked about it they changed the subject. After verifying I was unemployed they asked for my bank account information to “verify direct deposit compatibility” When I didn’t give them my account numbers they blocked me. What kind of evil person purposely targets unemployed people to steal from? Who purposely chooses victims that are already suffering?
