Scam Description
A gentleman called me from 813-421-5965 stating he was John Schneider from Becker 11 and Associations and was calling regarding a court case I was named the defendant in Pasco County and wanted to connect with me before legal action was taken and to call (844) 241-8431. They said it was a credit card. I advised since when attorneys call on closer credit cards and no mail documentation is sent out. Then gentleman stated okay will send via mail. And I disconnected the call. Every time I call the Pasco County there’s no case nor files.
