Scam Description
I have never authorized PayPal for any bitcoin purchase. Called the customer support # listed on the email. A lady answered the phone with middle eastern accent. I told her that I never had authorized this transaction for $367.67 for bitcoin. The lady said that I needed to download an app on my phone so she could reimburse me. I asked her why would I do that if she works for PayPal that she could access my account without the use of an app. The lady said that she needed to be on secure server. I told her no and hung up.
