Scam Description
This scammer coincidentally uttered the same physical location as Readers Publication International in 2021. RPI is a fictitious publication LLC that created a phantom debt via a fake debt collection agency “JPMC Card.” Acronym literally est. an LLC, not Morgan Chase; and gathers debtor’s info under the guise of Central Fiscal Service. A fake debt collection agency that’s currently seeking a license to operate legitimately. Bureau of Fiscal Services is the only legitimate debt collector responsible for collecting debts within the federal government. This debt collector has piggybacked with the idea to generate a corporation to collect debts with familiar names offering similar services. This was widely reported in the BBB’s website during my initial investigation in 2021.
