Scam Description
My husband purchased a Coach wallet from Cettire for Christmas for me. The product was not authentic. After opening and closing the wallet a total of 4 times (not even using it for more than a day), it broke. When I reached out asking for a refund, I was told they do not cover “wear and tear”. I explained that it was not “wear and tear” since I had not even used it for a day. They still said they could do nothing about it. the company does not have a phone number to reach out to or speak to anyone.
