Scam Description

On January 2022, I hired American Web Coders to create my public figure page. Sam was assigned to my case. I paid Sam & American Web Coders $300.00, and he stated the public figure page would be complete in a week. Sam did not complete the task. Sam attempted to compensate me with building a website & mobile app, however, I had to complain to his supervisor Zach Murdock due to Sam charging me $890.00 for adding Apple Pay on my website, when Apple website states adding Apple Pay on your website is free. I asked Zach Murdock about receiving all the legal paperwork for my website and they continue to pass me around instead of sending me all legal information pertaining to my website. American Web Coders pretended to assist me legally with stating they could assist me with trademarking my business, however, only completed a copyright for my website for $200.00. Zach attempted to charge me $3000.00 for hosting of my website when godaddy.com publishes all of this for $300.00 – $600.00. Zach contacted me later and mentioned the $1000.00 that I paid for the mobile website app he applied to the hosting fee. In July 2022, American Web Coders hacked my computer and took receipts from purchases with them, they took my EIN and locked my account to the website. I can not access my website. I have emailed American Web Coders and asked for a refund $1500.00, all legal rights from the legal department about my business, perform 5 task to the website, all username & passwords for my website. American Web Coders has not responded to any of emails. I have made a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (****** ****************) for the fraud of hacking my account, stealing my EIN, and not providing all my username & passwords.
