It was advertised like QVC overstock. And I bought in. They had secured labels and all that. They answer my emails. But it’s always an excuse. First on the shipping delays and eventual shipping mishap. Was delivered but apparently at the wrong address at 1:30am. Lol. And for the past couple weeks on the reasons the refund is still being processed and how it must be on my cards end. But I checked with them and have been assured that no refunds have been issued.
